How to create an account? On the Anra Booking web version, In the upper right corner of the page, you will find the "Become a Local Host/user logo (account)" button. Click the button. 2. You can choose to register using your Google or Twitter account. Alternatively, you can register with your email. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email. After that, you will be asked to create a password. Once the information is complete, click "Register". 3. You will receive a verification email in your email inbox. Click the link in the email to verify your account. On mobile/app, In the upper right corner of the user/account logo, you can log in in addition to registering, 4. You can choose to register using your Google or Twitter account. Alternatively, you can register with your email. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email. You can check your order details and status online by logging in and selecting "My Orders" from the account menu. If you don't remember your login details, you can follow the "My Orders" link in the confirmation email.

When will I receive my refund? Refund Initiation: Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will immediately begin the refund process. This usually occurs within 24–48 hours of your cancellation request. Please note that depending on your payment method, some refunds may need to be initiated via cancellation email. Processing Time: When exactly your refund will appear in your account depends on the payment method you used when booking: Credit/Debit Card: For most countries, it can take up to 30 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that this only applies to some countries. Bank Transfer/Online Payment: Refunds sent to your bank account typically take 7–10 business days to process, though this may vary depending on your bank’s processing time. PayPal: Refunds to PayPal accounts often take 3–5 business days to process. Over-the-Counter Payments: These refunds can take up to 15 business days to process, depending on your service provider and country.

Anra Booking accepts a variety of payment methods to make things easier for customers. These payment methods include: Credit and Debit Cards: Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB are generally accepted. PayPal: A recognized international payment option that allows customers to pay with their PayPal balance or a linked bank account. Bank Transfer: Available in some locations, allowing customers to pay directly from their bank account. Online banking: Allows customers to pay for their bookings through their online banking portal. Pay Over the Counter: Customers can pay at authorized physical locations, such as banks, convenience stores, and other outlets, depending on the country. Digital Wallets: Several regional digital wallets are also accepted, including options such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, GrabPay, GoPay, and others based on the customer’s location. Before booking, be sure to check the available payment methods listed on the booking page, as options may vary by country and specific booking details. On the Anra Booking web version, Click "Login/Register" on the right corner of the page. 2. A new page will open. Enter your registered email address and password. After completing your credentials, press the "Login/Register" button. If you have linked your Google or Twitter account to Anra Booking, you can choose to log in using this option by clicking on its icon. On mobile/app, 1. On the bottom right corner of the page, you will find the "More" button. Click on it. 2. On the top right corner of the page, you will find the "Login/Register" button. Click on it. 3. A new page will open. Enter your registered email address and password. After completing your credentials, press the "Login" button. If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot password?" link and follow the instructions to reset it.

You can cancel your booking online on the Anra Booking website or app. Cancellation fees are determined by the property and are stated in your cancellation policy.

Your eligibility for a refund depends on several factors, including the specific terms and conditions of the room or property you booked, and the timing of your cancellation. Here’s how to find out if you’re eligible for a refund: Review your Booking Conditions: The refund policy is stated in your booking confirmation email and the booking details in your Anra Booking account. Each hotel or property has its own cancellation policy, which is agreed to during the booking process. Processing Time: To request a cancellation, you can use the self-service options in the ‘My Bookings’ section of our website, or contact our customer service if you need assistance. Refund Process: If your booking is eligible for a refund under our cancellation policy, Anra Booking will initiate the refund process once your cancellation is confirmed. Refund Time: Please note that while Anra Booking processes your refund immediately after your cancellation is confirmed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary. This usually depends on the payment method used when booking. Please refer to “When will I receive my refund?” for more information.
